We created My Open, an RFID-enabled wristband, which captured every moment in the American Express US Open Fan Experience with only the tap of the wrist.
For the thousands of fans who couldn't catch the action at Flushing Meadows, we created a live viewing experience at Brooklyn Bridge Park.
Onsite at the Open, we built a massive American Express Fan Experience where fans' My Open RFID band captured every moment of their journey—from an interactive learning table to an AR photo op with Serena Williams—and saved it for them to share.
